Usada Pekora with the million dollars question
By - Lutz-
Ah yes, the "People die when they are killed" but Pekora version.
Just in time for Shirou day!
Shirous birthday is today
So there’s a event on Twitter to change their pfps to him
Technically not his birthday since it was never mentioned in official materials.
Shirou Day started when a guy on Twitter named Manpig made a Shirou meme and changed their pfp into Shirou back in 2019. His followers started doing the same and changed their pfp into the same Shirou pic that Manpig used. Then said followers' own followers did the same and the cycle continued until it became big enough.
Ever since then, it has become a tradition to do that event again every 20th of October. It became so big that even Aniplex celebrated it.
My bad I should have included “ fanmade”. But yeah you are right
Just because you're correct doesn't mean you're right!
[In Sweden it is forbidden by law to be a criminal](https://i.redd.it/o1c1161w3we11.jpg)
\- Annie Lööf, leader of the Centre Party
"Cannabis is banned because it's illegal."
- Marlene Mortler, German drug commissioner 2014-2019
*Technically* it only sounds that stupid because of lazy subtitling, although even the full sentence was kinda weird. She was being asked if the government has made it easier (through changes in the law) for companies to take illegal actions though (which logically shouldn't happen because those things wouldn't be illegal anymore), so the whole exchange was kinda nonsensical.
Imagine introducing a law that makes it legal to commit crimes. Just short circuit the whole system.
I think that's the Purge?
Ah yes, "Lunchtime is for lunch."
The archer class is really made up of archers.
But why does berserker go berserk?
A birthday is the day you celebrate being born.
Jsut because you're correct, doesn't mean you're right.
I mean it is a valid question. After all we have cases where it doesn't apply, i.e.:
"Did you really think I'd die just because I was killed?"
Jokes on you, I'm not the type to die when I get killed
People lose money when they superchat and buy merch?
EDIT: Pekora costume with abs when?
It's called an investment, smh
Japan: That's a good question
If humans can be 1% nacho, then that means...
Aqua would only need to eat ~450g of Nachos to be 1% nachos, which is not a very big portion.
If Pekora ate that much she’d be over 50% nacho...
Did you just assume that Aqua weighs 45KG instead of the actual 44,5 KG ?!?!??ß???
No, you have to take the weight of the nachos into consideration as well. 44.5 + 0.45 is approximately 45.
Yeah. For anyone wondering the exact value required would be x/(44.5+x)=0.01 which gives x=0.445/0.99=0.4494949... or 449.49(recurring) grams.
Bruh. [I feel like Pekora when the Nousagi was showing her the math equation he used.](https://youtu.be/07twQG9km-0)
Thanks, I couldn't be bothered to do the math to find the exact number. I feel pretty good about being 0.1% off the actual weight.
What a happy post to brighten up my day after waking up.
i think she gained muscles from all those training which made her heavier

Depends on what they eat and how much XD Also, different bodies react differently. Also, weighing yourself in different times of the day introduces variance. Weight loss is a fucking nightmare to understand :V Also, muscle does weight more than fat but you'd expect her to look buffer. But if she wears baggy clothes, it could be hard to tell.
Losing weight can be simplified as calories in vs calories out. Intake less calories than you expend and you'll lose weight. Just eat high dense low calorie foods to keep it sustainable while cutting out low density foods that are high in calories. The best way to see results on changes in bodyfat is to just look in the mirror and compare it to your past self
> Losing weight can be simplified as calories in vs calories out.
Sorry if this comes off as berating. It's not aimed at you, but it just irks me whenever I see it repeated on reddit. It's really popular on here because it's simple and logical, but it really ignores just how complex weight loss is to most people.
It's much like saying that budgeting is just "more money in than money out". The few people that it helps, didn't need much help in the first place..
There's a ton of psychological components to losing weight, along with a heap of things we're only just beginning to look into (like how gut bacteria can make you crave different things).
The simplified statement is good for one thing, and that's debunking idiotic fad diets. Of course the soup diet works, you're getting 700 kcal a day and burning 2000, you're basically starving.
But as advice for serious weight loss/lifestyle change, it just isn't really helpful.
> The best way to see results on changes in bodyfat is to just look in the mirror and compare it to your past self
It's infinitely more useful than looking at the weight (which should be done once a week, in the morning). Seeing the difference really motivates the hell out of you, compared to a scale that fluctuates wildly, and doesn't discriminate between water, fat and muscle (some weights do, but the accuracy is.. iffy).
Nah, I see where you're coming from, that's my bad, didn't mean to undermine the struggle of sticking with a consistent change in diet. I was under the assumption of already getting over the mental hurdle and trying to figure out how losing weight works, that's my fault. The hardest part is definitely changing your mentality and finding a reason to keep going.
> it really ignores just how complex weight loss is to most people
because most ppl in the west are fat fucks with 0 self control LOL. diets work if you stick to it your entire life.
just eat less kcals than you burn if you want to be less fat, simple as.
> because most ppl in the west are fat fucks with 0 self control LOL. diets work if you stick to it your entire life.
Dude, that's exactly why it's not simple lmao
"The people in the world that need to lose weight the most don't have enough self-control or motivation to change their entire lifestyle? Let's tell them to just eat less for the rest of their lives, that'll work!"
If it was that simple, obesity would be a non-issue everywhere, but guess what? It's still a huge problem and when it gets better in one part of the world, the sugar industry starts lobbying hard in some poorer part of the world.
so? we don’t need to fix obesity.
it’s widely known that being a fat fuck is unhealthy; fatties should be able to eat at their own expense.
Guess we just disagree there. Adults can do whatever they want with their eating habits, but their kids eat the same shit, and it becomes much harder to change their lifestyle when they've eaten like shit their entire youth.
Also "fatties", as you so nicely put it, cost billions for society in medical fees and while they die sooner, that won't always be the case. As medical science improves, obese people will live longer at an even greater cost to society. And that's completely disregarding the effect it has on the individual person, which is arguably worse.
For the most part yeah, but then you have your body doing stuff like getting used to fewer calories so you stop losing weight by that method and you gotta trick your body so it doesn't get used to living with few calories.
Or you can just excercise to help but who does that? :VVVVVV
>Also, weighing yourself in different times of the day introduces variance.
This was so annoying when I was losing weight. My goal was to lose 1 pound a week, but I could vary by up to 3 pounds in a single day.
Yeah XD Gotta weight yourself at the same time of day with the same clothes (or lack thereof). It's a brutal trial at times.
> muscle weight more than fat
1kg of muscle is equal to 1kg of fat dood.
Yeah, I know it's a misnomer, my bad. What I meant was muscle is denser than fat. So, you can weight more but not look chubbier/buffier because muscle will take less space than fat.
Also, I should have used "toned" rather than buff.
She should never quit her current job
I'm suddenly reminded of some friends of mine who seem physically incapable of gaining weight. Lucky bastards.
> Lucky bastards
Until they decide they want to do bodybuilding
I was thinking the same with 2 of my friend... then they both ended up having health issue related to that and well... now i think that being able to gain weight isn't that much of a bad thing XD.
Oh trust me, friggin' Jessie swallows pizzas like a starved Kirby. Blink and before you know it, the food's gone.
Your friends must be reverse Maxwell Demons then.
On a scientific basis you're obviously correct, but you're also just taking hyperbole at face value
No. Those calories actually are just a type of fairy that sews your clothes tighter at night. No need to worry.
I love pekora xD
Ah yes, the floor is made out of floor.
"Bread makes you fat??"
Oh thank god someone already referenced it, I saw this post and my mind immediately went to Scott Pilgrim Garlic Bread
I recommend the clip. She is really happy about what people have said about her. But yes, I did giggle at this as well.
Hold on she might be on to somerhing here
People gain weight when more goes in here \*points at mouth\* than comes out here \*points at butt\*.
Fun fact! A significant portion of your weight is actually lost through breathing. You breathe in O2, and breathe out CO2 in a 1:1 exchange rate. This incurs a significant loss of mass because you’re losing a carbon per oxygen dimer, and it adds up to be the majority of the weight you lose!
you gain weight when you eat more than what you burn, if you eat low calories food and make tons of exersice you'll loose weight, if you have a high calorie intake and low calorie outake then you gain weight
People die when they are killed. The archer class is made out of archers. Just because you are correct does not mean you are right. A birthday is a day when you celebrate being born.
I see! So the archer class is really made up of archers!
People respawn when they get blown up by TNT.
I don't think Pekora needs to worry about that since her diet consists of, carrots and milk.
That explains a lot then
This is a naturally thin person question. My brother and I are so different. If we literally east the same thing I’ll gain weight and he won’t.
This rivals pewdiepie's level of mathematic understanding...
Pewdiepie : Finally a worthy opponent , OUR BATTLE WILL BE LEGENDARY
Pekora : Ha/ Ha\\ Ha/
